Situational Integrated Case Competition in Medical Simulation(Team Competition)

The Fifth Zhujiang International Forum on Simulation in Healthcare & Like-Minded -- Situational Integrated Case Competition in Medical Simulation is scheduled to be held in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, on April 7, 2023. The competition will effectively show the implementation process of simulated situation cases in the same live arena. Through this way, we can deeply understand that simulated medical practice helps improve the clinical practice ability, thus promoting the medical quality. All professional teams from hospitals are welcome to join the competition and the relevant matters of the competition are notified as follows:

Competition selection requirements

The participating team should submit ① an registration form ② a video recorded about 4 people performing situational simulation operation (5 minutes, 720 pixel MP4 format). Please send the registration form to the designated mailbox before March 24, 2023: zjgaofengluntan@outlook.com . The email and attachment should be named by   "Situational Integrated Case Competition in Medical Simulation + name + phone".

Competition rules

According to the submitted application materials, 9 teams will be selected to participate in the practical exercise and answer the questions in situational integrated common emergency case competition on the spot. The duration of each group is not more than 20 minutes.

Confirm that the participating teams watch a recorded team situation simulation video (about 5min) in advance to help them get familiar with the competition environment and form.

The competition adopts the method of casting lots. After that, the practical exercise will be carried out immediately, and the judges composed of experts from relevant professional fields will give points on the spot. The scoring focuses on the correctness, standardization and teamwork of the diagnosis and treatment of the case.

The full score of the competition will be 100 points composed of two parts, including 80 points for the practical exercise and 20 points for answering relevant questions, with.

Ranking is determined according to the total score of all teams.
